Job summary

BODY20 South Reno seeks a dynamic Fitness Coach to deliver high-energy personal training and EMS sessions on-site. You will administer InBody evaluations, tailor programs, and maintain exceptional member service in a fast-growing studio environment.

Ideal candidates show 1–3 years of training experience, current PT certification, CPR/AED (preferred), and strong communication. Flexible hours and potential growth toward ownership are available.

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred)
• CPR/AED certification (preferred)
• 1-3 yrs of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Honesty, integrity, passion and drive in fitness industry
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Professional and friendly demeanor

Responsibilities

• Administer InBody evaluations and EMS personal training sessions
• Maintain high level of service according to company standards
• Provide personalized attention to members
• Stay knowledgeable about all club services, programs and products
• Demonstrate proper use of equipment and exercise techniques (EMS up to 50 lbs)
• Operate EMS and fitness equipment to BODY20 standards
• Attend all Fitness Coach meetings/trainings
