Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in health services, education or a related field and/or equivalent experience/training.
• Certification as a healthcare education instructor is expected.
• Minimum of three years clinical experience.
• Minimum of three years experience as an educator, with two in primary paramedic program instruction.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the EMS program, coordinating and developing education programs.
• Innovate and research new learning methods for EMS education.
• Lead a high-functioning team, collaborating with medical directors and staff.
