Responsibilities

• Dispatch EMS vehicles promptly to emergency and non-emergency scenes.
• Make moment-to-moment dispatch decisions in a high-stress environment.
• Triage requests using criteria-based dispatch for counties served.
• Collect required information from callers and update systems accordingly.
• Maintain professional communications with field units and agencies.
