Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Visit families in homes, communities or at the agency as indicated by treatment phase.
• Provide individual, family and group counseling as needed.
• Advocate for clients to secure services and benefits.
• Coordinate with NYC Administration for Children’s Services.
• Maintain contact with schools and mental health facilities.
• Participate in clinical team meetings and trainings.
• Document case activity in NYS Connections and NYC PROMIS.
• Assist in emergency situations as needed.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies and governmental regulations.
