You will implement person-centered plans and advocate for client rights. The role emphasizes compassionate, patient support, clear communication, and careful documentation, with shifts including 1st and 2nd.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Knowledge of disability rights and self-advocacy is beneficial.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Advocate for individuals’ civil rights and well-being.
• Promote health and safety and support wellness initiatives.
• Encourage self-advocacy and independence in daily activities.
• Assist with community engagement, appointments, and transportation.
