Job summary

BK Healthcare Management in Colorado Springs is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings. You’ll join a supportive clinical team and help clients achieve their goals with evidence-based interventions.

This part-time role offers flexibility and opportunities for fellowship/internship hours, and you’ll be paid on a Same Day Pay model after clocking in/out.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and make a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and ability to stay calm in challenging situations.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and families.
