Paycom - ATS in East Elmhurst, NY is seeking a Childcare Counselor to supervise youth in a non-secure setting and ensure daily safety and routine adherence. You will help youths with daily tasks, hygiene, school prep, meals, and getting to activities.

The role requires attention to safety, reliable documentation, and collaboration with Residence Manager. The schedule is full-time; the environment is a busy program with youth participants.

Qualifications

• High School diploma.
• 3 years relevant experience.

Responsabilités

• Provide a clean and safe environment for residents.
• Take residents to school and assist with homework.
• Monitor residents during activities and ensure they stay in sight.
• Prepare regular written reports, logs, and incident reports.
• Transport youth to and from court and other destinations.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and trainings.
• Complete Safety Crisis Management training satisfactorily.
