Job summary

CorePower Yoga, LLC seeks an energetic Yoga Instructor to deliver exceptional in-studio experiences. You will guide CPY-aligned classes, manage front-desk activities, and foster community while embodying CPY values.

Requirements include a 200-hour training (pre/post June 2020 credentials), current CPR/AED, excellent communication, and the ability to lead classes up to 1.5 hours and lift up to 25 lbs. Perks include a Free All Access Membership and holiday pay.

Qualifications

• CPR/AED certification required.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Excellent oral communication and professionalism.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Ability to lead 1.5 hour classes and manage safe practice.
• Ability to withstand heat in heated classes (104°F) for up to 60 minutes.
• Assigned studio set with home and supporting studios for growth.

Responsibilities

• Teach a minimum of two CorePower Yoga classes per week (≥4 hours in studio).
• Educate students on alignment and provide appropriate postural modifications.
• Be present at the studio 60 minutes around each class for planning and community connection.
• Interact with students before and after class to support personal growth and community initiatives.
• Welcome students, check them in, manage POS transactions, and ensure a memorable experience.
• Perform cleaning tasks to maintain CPY health protocols and safety.
• Support CPY initiatives and ambassador programs across programs and retail.
