Qualifications

• This position requires a bachelor's degree in an allied health or rehabilitative field as part of minimum qualifications.
• Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and document rehabilitation programs and monthly progress.
• Ability to conduct assessments, write IPP reports and summaries, and participate in meetings.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate Educational/vocational aspects of the active treatment team.
• Develop and implement therapy programs and document teaching data.
• Train residents and staff in individualized therapy plans and progress.
• Attend meetings and monitor resident progress monthly.
• Maintain attendance, records, and incident documentation.
