Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing students' IEPs and preparing materials.
• Support a Behavior Implementation Plan (BIP) and related tasks.
• Help with personal care and safety as needed.
• Apply crisis-management strategies and training when needed.
• Support alternative communication devices for access.
• Participate in de-escalation and crisis management training.
• Maintain student documentation and Medicaid logs.
• Assist with bus transitions and bus-rider training.
• Foster positive relationships with students and staff.
• Attend work promptly and maintain confidentiality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education

High School Diploma or GED
