Responsibilities

• Participates in planning, developing and evaluating programs and services to students.
• Participates in Child Study/Collaborative Problem Solving and IEP committees as needed.
• Establishes plans based on student needs and requirements.
• Maintains records and prepares social work/advocacy reports.
• Liaises with home and school to coordinate information and services.
• Provides individual and group counseling with students and families.
