Qualifications

• Knowledge of Texas Model for Comprehensive School Counseling Programs.
• Skill in communicating effectively.

Responsibilities

• Collaboratively work with staff, students, and community to plan and implement counseling programs.
• Counsel students to develop academic and personal abilities.
• Advocate for the school counseling program.

Skills

Knowledge of the Texas Model for Comprehensive School Counseling Programs

Knowledge of counseling procedures, intervention strategies, and student appraisal systems

Knowledge of academic programs, policies, and procedures

Skill in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing

Skill in analyzing complex information and data

Education
