Job summary

Heartland Behavior seeks an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. Deliver one-on-one ABA services to children in homes or community locations, helping them build skills and reduce challenging behaviors.

You will work with a supportive clinical team, accurately record session data, and collaborate with families to reinforce learning. Paid training is provided, with positions starting part-time and potential for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification required before working.
• Willingness to learn and passionate about making a difference for children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
