Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Dimensions LLC is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to assist BCBA-led behavior interventions for toddlers, children and teens in Georgia. You will provide direct ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting and help implement Behavior Support Plans with fidelity.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in diverse settings (home, school, community).
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting.
• Assist BCBA with implementing Behavior Support Plans as directed.
• Collect and document clinical data accurately and timely.
• Prepare instructional materials and maintain confidential information.
• Collaborate with team and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
