Job summary

Smith County Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide ongoing therapy services under the direction of a licensed physical therapist. • Provide treatment per the plan of care and supervise rehab techs when required.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with state and facility guidelines.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to integrate care.
• Contribute to utilization review and case management activities.
• Support patient progress updates and communicate changes to the PT.
• Adhere to safety, privacy, and infection control policies.
• Participate in continuing education to enhance clinical skills.
