Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility team. You will implement PT programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver treatments under the Director of Rehab. We value patient-centered care, collaboration, and growth within a nationwide network.

Minimum required is graduation from an APTA-certified PTA program with licensure or eligibility. This full-time position offers benefits and opportunities across multiple Powerback locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities, follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients' physical abilities.
• Adapt care to patient needs and maintain a compassionate, patient-centered approach.
