Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma plus 2 years of college.
• Experience: 2+ years working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Experience using classroom technology (AAC, Smart Boards, tablets).

Responsibilities

• Support teachers in implementing lessons and monitor progress.
• Assist with data collection and reporting milestones.
• Maintain classroom materials and prepare visuals.
• Assist with basic needs and hygiene per directions.
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment with staff and families.
