Job summary

CommonSpirit Health's St. Bernardine Medical Center in San Bernardino, CA seeks a Physical Therapist to help patients rebuild and maintain physical wellbeing, reduce pain, and improve quality of life. You will perform initial evaluations, develop plans of care, and provide direct treatments.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, meet patient care productivity standards, and promote customer service. CA licensure and BLS/CPR are required upon hire.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required at hire.
• CA Physical Therapist license required upon hire.
• Basic Life Support - CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial patient evaluations and develop plans of care.
• Provide direct therapies and adjust rehab plans as needed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Meet patient care productivity standards and promote service quality.
• Support discharge planning and AIDET-based patient interactions.
