Job summary

VASA Fitness is seeking passionate Personal Trainers to guide clients on their fitness journeys. You will design customized training programs, coach individuals and small groups, and motivate clients with energy and care to help them build confidence, strength, and consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology or NCCA-accredited Personal Training Certification.
• CPR/AED Certification required or willing to obtain within 30 days.
• Excellent communication skills and a caring, optimistic approach.
• Passion for health, wellness, exercise science, strength and conditioning, and fitness training.
• Fitness sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and adapt training programs for clients.
• Provide fitness coaching and motivation during sessions.
• Lead one-on-one, semi-private, or small group training sessions.
• Build relationships to drive client retention and referrals.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and professional conduct on the gym floor.
