Job summary

A local educational service is looking for a dedicated Paraeducator to provide instructional support in various educational settings. You will assist teachers while working with students with diverse needs, helping them achieve their educational goals. A degree or specific educational credits are required, along with certifications in CPR and non-violent crisis intervention. Qualifications

• Must meet Bucks IU's qualification as a Highly Qualified Paraeducator.
• Experience with disability support is preferred.
• Ability to process software and emails effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in providing instruction and support to students.
• Support students with various needs including behavioral and emotional.
• Participate in implementation of Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs).
• Monitor health conditions and assist with daily living activities.

Skills

Experience working with students with disabilities

CPR & First Aid Certification

Crisis Prevention Institute Non-Violent Crisis Intervention Training

Education

Associate or Bachelor Degree

At least 48 college/university credits

High school diploma or equivalent
