Job summary

EDU-AIDs in Columbus, OH is seeking a General Education Teacher to join our elementary team serving PreK–3. The role focuses on delivering engaging instruction and fostering academic and social-emotional growth in a positive classroom environment.

The ideal candidate will differentiate instruction for diverse learners and collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student success. A valid Ohio teaching license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Teaching License (required).
• Master’s degree and/or Reading Endorsement (preferred).
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
• Experience working with early childhood/elementary students.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver standards-aligned lessons in core subjects
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Maintain effective classroom management and a safe learning environment
• Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and support staff to promote student success
