BRICK Networks seeks to hire Middle School English teachers who passionately support BRICK’s mission and work with underserved Black and Brown students and families. The role emphasizes data-driven instruction, collaboration, humility, and a commitment to the school community.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Teaching license or active pathway to acquire one is required.
• Ability to meet all state and federal guidelines to be Highly Qualified.
• Authorized to work in the United States by start date.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate proficiency in working with Black and Brown students from diverse backgrounds.
• Create and maintain a positive, safe, collaborative classroom environment.
• Implement BRICK’s iDream values and core mission in daily instruction.
• Use data from observations and assessments to inform instructional adjustments.
• Collaborate with coaches and colleagues to share best practices and strengthen the school culture.
• Attend required meetings and participate in professional development and data meetings.
