Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a two-year college-level program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant.
• BLS certified or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Plan, delegate and supervise physical therapy activities under the direction of the physical therapist.
• Participate in educating patients and family/caregivers per the prescribed physician’s plan of care.
• Complete required agency forms to record time and patient progress in a timely manner.
