Qualifications

• Education: Baccalaureate Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Experience: Home Health experience preferred.
• Certification: BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support).
• License: Active Florida State Occupational Therapist Licensure.

Responsibilities

• Examine, evaluate and test individuals with impairments to determine diagnosis and plan of treatment.
• Design and modify treatment interventions to reduce impairments and disability.
