Job summary

Soma, as part of KnitWell Group, is hiring a Sales Associate for the Frederick, MD store to deliver a customer-centered experience with a focus on hospitality and personalized service.

You will engage customers, learn product details, and support merchandising and inventory tasks while upholding brand standards and teamwork. This regular/part-time role requires flexibility, including nights and weekends, and offers growth opportunities within our brands.

Qualifications
