Qualifications

• State Teaching Certification in Special Education (or eligible for alternative/provisional licensure).

Responsibilities

• Empower & Educate: design and deliver student-centered lessons.
• Lead the IEP Process: serve as Case Manager and facilitate IEP meetings.
• Guide & Mentor Support Staff: lead classroom aides and ESPs/DSPs to a unified learning environment.
• Collaborate for Student Success: partner with clinical, behavioral, and interdisciplinary teams for FBAs and BIPs.
• Adapt & Innovate: adjust teaching strategies to evolving student needs using agency-approved techniques.
