Job summary

Skills
Experience working with elementary-aged students
Strong understanding of Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)
Knowledge of Response to Instruction & Intervention (RtI) frameworks
Familiarity with Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS)
Demonstrated ability to support diverse backgrounds
Strong relationship-building skills
Ability to build collaborative relationships
Experience providing individualized instruction
Ability to manage and supervise students
Education
Valid Oregon teaching license with a Special Education: Generalist endorsement
