Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Teacher to implement our curriculum, creating a safe, nurturing classroom where children can grow and learn. You will partner with families to provide the best care and education, supporting ongoing engagement and learning experiences.

You will collaborate with center staff to meet enrollment and accreditation goals while cultivating relationships with families, licensing authorities, and community partners across our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations.
• Meet state-specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain.
• Physically able to lift a minimum of 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and families.

Responsibilities

• Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that matches each child's needs.
• Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn.
• Partner and connect with parents to provide the best care and education.
• Support center success; work with staff and leadership on enrollment, accreditation, and engagement.
