Job summary

Cynergy Rehab Group/Arkids Pediatric Day Centers seeks a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our early childhood education team in Clarksville, Arkansas. The role includes assessment, intervention, and support services for young children with speech and language needs, delivering individualized therapy plans.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in SLP, Arkansas licensure, CCC-SLP or CF eligibility, and strong collaboration skills with families and school staff.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Arkansas SLP license or eligibility.
• CCC-SLP preferred or CF eligibility.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language screenings, evaluations, and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to children.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service records.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support child development.
• Participate in IEP and family service meetings as needed.
• Educate parents and caregivers on strategies to support communication development at home.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and program regulations.
