DSPs support daily living activities, personal care, medication administration, transportation, and community integration. In this mission-driven role, you will implement individualized support plans, promote choice and independence, and ensure health and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience providing person-centered support to adults with IDD preferred.
• Ability to follow individualized support plans and health/safety protocols.
• Strong teamwork and communication with families and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care for adults with IDD.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Administer medications as directed and monitor health needs.
• Facilitate transportation to activities and community participation.
• Document services accurately and maintain health and safety standards.
