Qualifications

• Approved Background Clearance Application.
• Must meet minimum training requirements and complete renewals as assigned.
• If required to transport clients, must maintain a valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living and hygiene.
• Ensure health and safety of individuals receiving support.
• Facilitate meaningful activities that promote skill development.
• Communicate status of supports with supervisor.
