Journey Services LLC is seeking a caring and dedicated provider to join our growing team in Queen Creek, AZ. This part-time role focuses on supporting individuals with developmental and physical disabilities and the elderly in homes and community settings.

Hours are mainly afternoons, evenings and weekends, offering flexibility and a chance to make a meaningful impact. Requirements include CPR/First Aid and a valid fingerprint clearance, with paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience or willingness to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Ability to transport clients in own vehicle or via provided transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable, punctual and safety-minded caregiver.

Responsibilities

• Encourage independence and self-advocacy.
• Assist with personal goals and daily living skills (hygiene, cooking, etc.).
• Provide a positive, safe environment for learning and growth.
• Engage clients in activities at home or in the community.
• Transport clients to community outings and events.
