Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in early childhood or Deaf education.
• Experience with Deaf/Hard of Hearing students preferred.
• Ability to develop IEP-based instruction and accommodations.
• Familiarity with Creative Curriculum and early childhood standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct instructional services to early childhood students (BK) per IEP.
• Monitor student behavior and teach social, emotional, and behavioral skills.
• Develop and modify lesson plans to meet individual student needs.
• Maintain records and progress monitoring data.
