Responsibilities

• Advise clients or community groups on health issues and services.
• Attend community meetings and health fairs to understand needs and build relationships.
• Distribute informational materials and refer community members to health services.
• Advise on childhood immunizations and how to access services.
• Advocate for health needs with government agencies or providers.
• Identify high-risk groups and provide culturally appropriate information.
