• Assist with resumes, applications, interviews, and workplace preparation.
• Provide individualized job coaching and employment support.
• Build relationships with local employers and identify opportunities.
• Promote inclusive hiring and connect individuals with the right workplace.
• Develop partnerships with community organizations and referral sources.
• Monitor progress and provide follow-up support.
• Maintain case notes, service records, and required documentation.
• Manage an assigned caseload and multiple priorities in Culpeper and surrounding communities.
