Qualificações

• Attend New Teacher Academy; learn instructional competencies and CCR standards.
• Take TABE 11/12 (AE/ESL) or ACT WorkKeys assessments; NCRC verification required.
• Pass a criminal background check as prescribed by state statute.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, instruct, and assess Adult Education, ESL, and Smart Start classes.
• Deliver professional development and assist with program improvement efforts.
• Provide supplemental computer-based distance learning opportunities for students.
• Review goals, adjust student placement when needed, and coordinate with student support staff.
