Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and valid Texas teaching certificate are required.
• Completion of Texas Reading Academy required for Elementary.
• ESL Supplemental Certification preferred.
• At least one year of student teaching or approved internship.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with appropriate learning activities to fulfill their potential.
• Monitor student achievement through assessments.
• Create a conducive classroom environment for learning.
• Plan and supervise assignments for teacher aides.
