Job summary

Catapult Learning, a division of FullBloom, is seeking a full-time Literacy Tutor for Reading, PA. You will provide small group and push-in tutoring to middle and high school students for the 2026-2027 school year, on-site at partner schools.

Responsibilities include implementing instructional programs, tracking attendance, and maintaining a positive classroom environment while monitoring technology use and lab resources. Benefits and professional development are offered.

Qualifications

• Associates degree (relevant experience) required
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience supporting middle school and/or high school students

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the implementation of academic instructional programs, class work and assessments for students
• Interacts daily with students and staff to conduct attendance, program tracking and reports
• Maintains positive classroom environment and monitors student behavior
• Monitors students technology usage
• Maintains program instructional materials and student computer lab usage
