• Uses district textbooks and curriculum guides for planning.
• Incorporates higher level thinking and real-world applications into lesson plans.
• Collects and analyzes student achievement data to guide instruction.
• Maintains positive classroom management in accordance with regulations.
• Communicates with students and parents about academic and behavioral progress.
• Collaborates with parents and staff to support each student’s education.
• Maintains and uses student records related to achievement, attendance and discipline.
