Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an Employment Transactions Associate in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience in company-side labor and employment law matters, with a focus on transactional and counseling work within the Corporate/Private Equity practice.

The role requires CA bar admission, strong drafting skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment. JD is required and AmLaw 100 experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in labor and employment law.
• Experience with AmLaw 100 firm preferred.
• Admitted to practice in California.

Responsibilities

• Conduct employment-related diligence on M&A transactions.
• Provide day-to-day employment advising and contract drafting.
• Communicate effectively with partners, clients, and staff.
• Analyze complex legal issues and apply legal principles.
• Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and staff.
• Travel as required for client meetings and business development.
