Direct Counsel is partnering with a highly respected plaintiff-side law firm in Los Angeles to add an attorney to its growing settlement team. The firm is known for its work in wage-and-hour and consumer class action litigation, and this role focuses on the settlement process from negotiation through administration rather than traditional litigation.

What you’d be doing:

• Drafting, negotiating, and revising complex class action settlement agreements
• Working with opposing counsel to review and finalize settlement terms
• Preparing settlement approval motions, notices, and related documents
• Coordinating with claims administrators to help ensure settlements are properly implemented
