• Strong motion practice and legal writing skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational abilities.

• Draft and respond to discovery and pleadings.
• Prepare and argue motions and take/defend depositions.
• Assist with strategic management of matters.
• Interact directly with clients and manage matters with increasing independence.
