Duties and Responsibilities

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on various employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court or arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations, including class and collective actions and cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, and non‑compete claims.
• Provide support for class action/PAGA matters (experience preferred but not required).

Compensation and Benefits

Salary range: $207,500–$225,000, with annual bonuses.
