Job summary

The Family Resource Network in New Jersey is seeking an Employment Coordinator to provide one-to-one job coaching and long-term follow-along support for adults with disabilities in the Getting to Work program. You will develop Employment Plans, assist with resumes, interviews, job search, and coordinate with employers to arrange accommodations as needed.

This role requires strong communication, independent work, and the ability to work onsite in Essex or Hudson counties.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in human services or with individuals with disabilities.
• Experience as a job coach or job developer preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one pre-placement coaching and long-term follow-along support.
• Develop Employment Plans aligned with Individual Employment Plans and job seeker goals.
• Offer resume development, interview skills, job search options, and networking guidance.
• Coordinate with employers to obtain reasonable accommodations and supports.
