Position Title :

  • Employment Attorney Position Type : Full-Time, Benefited Compensation : $110,000 - $300,000 DOE Culture : Diverse, Inclusive, Collaborative, Team Oriented, Supportive, Welcoming Location : Remote in California Responsibilities include but are not limited to : Represent clients in federal and state courts, arbitrations and administrative proceedings on employment-related disputes including claims involving wage and hour, PAGA, discrimination, wrongful discharge and trade secret / restrictive covenants Provide strategic legal counsel to employers on a wide range of employment matters, including litigation, compliance, workplace policies, and risk management Grow your existing book of business while fostering new client relationships Manage and mentor associates and senior counsel within the firm, providing guidance on case strategy, business and professional development, and legal best practices Collaborate with attorneys across multiple offices to support firm-wide labor and employment initiatives Participate in firm events and business development activities, including our annual California Law Summit, monthly webinars and blogs.
