Qualifications

• JD or LLM from ABA-accredited law school.
• Admitted (or eligible for admission) in Massachusetts.
• 4+ years of employment law experience at a law firm or similar setting.
• Litigating employment matters and counseling employers on compliance.
• Experience drafting employment policies and agreements.
• Experience leading internal investigations and providing training.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an attorney who thrives on variety someone equally at home arguing a case in court and advising a client on a sensitive personnel issue and who's ready to build direct client relationships in a fast-moving practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of employment litigation, covering discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour disputes, restrictive covenants, and breach of contract claims
• Represent employer clients before state and federal courts, as well as administrative agencies
• Counsel clients on employment law compliance and best practices for the modern workplace
• Draft and review workplace policies, employment agreements, and employee handbooks
• Lead internal investigations and help design and deliver employment related training
• Partner with colleagues and clients to craft pragmatic, risk conscious solutions to workplace challenges

Qualifications

• JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school
• Admitted (or eligible for admission) in Massachusetts
• 4+ years of employment law experience at a law firm or similar setting
• Demonstrated experience litigating employment matters and counseling employers on compliance
• Track record drafting employment related policies and agreements
• Hands-on experience conducting workplace investigations and supporting training initiatives
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Sound judgment, strong problem-solving instincts, and close attention to detail
• Proven ability to juggle multiple matters while collaborating well within a team
