  • Advise employers on a broad spectrum of employee benefits and executive compensation issues, including health and welfare plans and retirement plans
  • Counsel clients on compliance with evolving statutory and regulatory requirements affecting employee benefit programs
  • Collaborate with attorneys across corporate, tax, labor & employment, ERISA litigation, health, and related practice groups
  • Maintain regular communication with in-house counsel and HR professionals to support client needs and deliver practical legal guidance
  • Assist in structuring, reviewing, and managing benefit and compensation arrangements in line with applicable law
