We represent clients in all types of employment-related litigation and alternative dispute resolution proceedings. We provide everyday employment advisory services to help clients address complex workplace issues, and we also help clients ensure compliance with complex employee benefit and deferred and other equity-based compensation requirements.
Mintz is seeking an associate with at least 3 years of employment law experience to join its North American team in New York. Responsibilities will include working on all aspects of employment litigations (e.g., discrimination, wage and hour, non-compete cases and breach of contract matters), everyday employment and HR-related counseling matters, drafting of employment-related policies and agreements, and conducting investigations and trainings.

The salary range for this position is $260,000 to $390,000. This position is bonus eligible.
