Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking an Employer Partnerships Coordinator to join a growing DTE unit within our health system. This hybrid role spans project management, client account support and monthly reporting to help bring self-insured employers into our clinical programs.
You will work with primary care, IT/Epic teams and cross-functional partners, support onboarding of new employer clients, and contribute to pipeline activities and monthly utilization reviews.

This is a high-priority strategic initiative designed to bring our clinical programs, care management, pharmacy and population health initiatives directly to self-insured employers and other purchasers of health care. This is an early-stage, entrepreneurial environment within a large, established health system - offering a unique opportunity to shape a growing business from the ground up.
We are looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Employer Partnerships Coordinator to join this growing team. This is a hybrid role spanning project management, client account services support, and monthly reporting. This individual will work closely with BILH primary care, IT/Epic teams and will serve as a key operational backbone to this innovative practice as we bring on new clients and scale the business model. As the DTE business grows, there will be meaningful opportunities to expand your scope and grow with the team.
$38.46 USD - $52.88 USD
The pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time.
