Job summary

Cella by randstad digital is seeking a creative Copywriter to bring our employer brand to life through compelling storytelling. You will shape career site messaging, craft candidate-facing content, and translate EVP priorities into structured, engaging copy that informs, engages, and motivates applicants.

In this hybrid role, you will collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to produce website content, employee stories, and benefit overviews while maintaining a consistent voice

Qualifications

• Pure copywriting practitioner who spends the majority of their time writing.
• Must submit writing samples; non-writing strategists should be excluded.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt content for different audiences and channels.
• Experience developing messaging frameworks, editorial standards, voice, and tone guidelines.
• Experience creating digital content, website copy, campaign messaging, and storytelling content.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and engaging candidate-facing communications.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, content structure, and user-centered content development.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, design, content, and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Shapes the career site's core messaging architecture and candidate-facing storytelling framework.
• Writes clear, persuasive page copy, candidate landing pages, and narrative employee profiles.
• Optimizes copy across end-to-end candidate conversion journeys.
• Collaborates with content, marketing, creative, and business teams to strengthen employer brand and talent attraction objectives.
• Supports website content, digital print, and social media as needed.
